In the summer of 2015, I learned of the Ideal Protein Diet from two different neighbors of mine. I started the IP Diet at the end of July and over the next 3 months, I lost over 47 lbs. Almost 2 years later, I have "only" gained 15 lbs back. I thought I would share my original experience losing weight with the Ideal Protein Diet and, two years later, Round 2 - to lose those 15 lbs.
The purpose of the blog is to:
- Share my positive experience with others so they too can lose the weight, and
- Earn a few dollars via affiliate marketing and referral activities from this site. 10% of all proceeds from MyIPDiet.com will be donated to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation (JDRF.org)
